NeuroClimax Gold™ (Simple)- intended for maintaining a baseline level of brain energy and focus for healthy individuals. For others, it helps to reduce brain fog, provide mental clarity and reverse brain fatigue.

NeuroClimax Gold™ (Simple)

Product Overview

NeuroClimax Gold™ (Simple) is a streamlined intranasal nootropic formulation containing a single active ingredient, kinetin, selected to support pathways associated with brain energy, neuronal health, focus, and mental clarity.

This formulation is intended for individuals who prefer a simpler, single-ingredient approach before considering a more comprehensive nootropic combination such as NeuroClimax Gold™ (Max).

Formulation

NeuroClimax Gold™ (Simple) contains:

Kinetin – a high-purity active compound that has been investigated for its ability to activate the mitochondrial protein PINK1 and related signaling pathways involved in mitochondrial function, neuronal survival, and cellular resilience.

The formulation is designed to provide a simplified option for individuals interested in supporting cognitive function, mental clarity, and neuronal energy metabolism with a single active ingredient.

Scientific Rationale

Aging, chronic stress, oxidative stress, and mitochondrial dysfunction can affect the brain’s ability to maintain optimal cellular energy production and neuronal function. These changes may contribute to mental fatigue, brain fog, reduced cognitive performance, and changes in memory.

An important component of healthy neuronal function is brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF), a neurotrophic protein involved in neuronal survival, synaptic plasticity, learning, and memory.

Alterations in BDNF signaling, mitochondrial function, and oxidative-stress responses have been associated with age-related changes in neuronal health and cognitive function [Costa et al., 2015; Dagda & Das Banerjee, 2015].

The Science Behind Kinetin

Kinetin has been studied as an activator of PINK1, a mitochondrial-associated protein involved in mitochondrial quality control, cellular stress responses, and neuronal survival.

Preclinical research suggests that activation of PINK1-dependent signaling may influence pathways associated with:

• Mitochondrial function and cellular energy metabolism

• Neuronal survival

• Oxidative-stress responses

• BDNF-associated signaling

• Synaptic plasticity

• Neuronal resilience

These biological mechanisms provide the scientific rationale for the inclusion of kinetin as the sole active ingredient in NeuroClimax Gold™ (Simple) [Hertz et al., 2013; Soman et al., 2021].

NeuroClimax Gold™ Simple vs. Max

NeuroClimax Gold™ (Simple) contains one active ingredient:

• Kinetin

NeuroClimax Gold™ (Max) contains three complementary active ingredients:

• Kinetin – supports PINK1-dependent mitochondrial and neurotrophic signaling pathways.

• Noopept – has been investigated for effects on learning, memory, synaptic plasticity, and neurotrophic signaling.

• Centrophenoxine – has been studied for potential effects on cholinergic signaling, memory, attention, and cognitive function.

Gold™ (Simple) therefore provides a streamlined single-ingredient formulation, while Gold™ (Max) provides a broader nootropic formulation targeting multiple complementary neuronal pathways.

Potential Benefits of NeuroClimax Gold™ (Simple)

Based on the biological properties of kinetin and supporting preclinical research, NeuroClimax Gold™ (Simple) is formulated to:

• Support mitochondrial function and cellular energy metabolism

• Support PINK1-related neuronal signaling

• Support BDNF-associated pathways involved in neuroplasticity

• Promote mental clarity and focus

• Support healthy cognitive performance

• Support neuronal resilience to oxidative and metabolic stress

• Help maintain healthy brain function during aging

• Support cognitive energy during periods of mental fatigue or stress

Intranasal Delivery

NeuroClimax Gold™ uses an intranasal delivery approach as an alternative to conventional oral administration.

Intranasal administration may help reduce some limitations associated with gastrointestinal degradation and first-pass metabolism and provides a direct route of administration through the nasal cavity.

The formulation incorporates selected pharmaceutical-grade excipients designed to support solubility, stability, sterility, preservation, and intranasal administration.

Formulation Components

In addition to kinetin, NeuroClimax Gold™ (Simple) contains selected inactive ingredients that may include:

• Sterile phosphate-buffered saline

• Cyclodextrins

• Preservative agents

• Solubilizing agents

• Soothing or formulation-stabilizing excipients

These ingredients are incorporated at appropriate concentrations to support formulation stability and performance.
