Hey! We want every experience you have with us to feel trustworthy and easy. If you're thinking about a refund, here’s exactly how it works:

How long do you have?
You've got 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a refund.

What qualifies for a refund?

  • The product needs to be unused and still in its original packaging.

  • You've got your order number handy that helps us pull it up quickly.

How do you initiate a refund?
Just drop us an email at contact@cnscurative.com with your order number and a short note about why you're requesting a refund. We’ll reply with the next steps, including where to send it, if needed.

Once we get the returned item...

  • We’ll inspect it swiftly.

  • If everything checks out, we’ll refund your purchase price (minus shipping, unless there was an error on our part).

  • The refund goes back the same way you paid expect it to show up in a few business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

Did something arrive damaged or just not right?
We’re really sorry to hear that. Send us an email within 7 days of delivery, preferably with a photo, and we’ll sort it promptly.

Return shipping — who pays?

  • If it’s our mistake wrong item, damage, etc. we’ve got it covered.

  • If you're doing the return for a different reason, just send it back using a tracking method you prefer, and we’ll handle the rest as soon as we receive it.

Heads-up on opened or used items
Since our products are health-grade, we can’t accept returns for opened or used items unless there's an issue. We do this for everyone's safety.
